Use 1 teaspoon of Blackened Seasoning Blend per 4 ounces of protein. This blend is not hot/spicy. If you'd like to turn up the heat, add more cayenne pepper, buy a hotter variety of cayenne, or add red pepper flakes. Store in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (or more if you want it spicy)
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
