Romaine Salad with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
  • ½ head romaine, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons capers, drained
  • ¼ shallot, sliced thin
  • 3 oz. smoked salmon (more or less, to your liking)
  • ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon, extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine romaine, capers and shallot. Lay salmon on top.
  2. Squeeze lemon over the top and drizzle with the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
