Paleo Banana Blender Bread

Ingredients
  • 4 bananas, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup almond butter (or peanut butter, coconut butter, cashew butter, etc....)
  • ⅓ cup coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
  2. Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed above. Blend until smooth. Pour into lined pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center clean.
  3. Cool, slice, and enjoy!
