Easy Baked Chicken Parmesan

Very non-traditional, this chicken parm is kept moist and tender with mayonnaise. You don't even taste it in the final product, but with the parm and breadcrumbs this coating is crave-worthy.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 chicken breasts
Instructions
  1. Heat your oven to 375. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a dish combine the parmesan and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper, stir to combine. Place the breadcrumbs in another dish.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat first in the parm/mayo mixture. Then coat with breadcrumbs. Shake off any excess and place onto the baking sheet. Repeat with the other chicken breasts.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve with Fresh Tomato Sauce and ENJOY!
