Paleo Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

I soft boil a whole bunch of eggs at once and keep them in the fridge so they're ready to go whenever I want a smoothie.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ⅓ cup pureed pumpkin
  • 2 fresh medjool dates (more if you like it sweeter)
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of nutmeg
  • dash of cloves (very strong, so don’t over-do it)
  • 2 soft boiled eggs, peeled (optional, or replace with your fav protein powder)
  • handful of ice
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
