Rise & Grind Juice

Serves: 2
- ½ cup cold water
- 1 cucumber (about 10-12 inches long), diced
- 2 pears, cored and diced
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- Add ingredients to the blender in the order listed above.
- Puree until smooth. (If using a Vitamix, place on “smoothie” setting.)
- Strain out the pulp (using a clean kitchen towel, a nut milk bag, or a very fine sieve).
- Feel refreshed as you sip and enjoy!
