Portland Forest Mushrooms

Serves: 2
- 1½ pounds mushrooms (cremini, shitake, white button, any assortment you like), quartered
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons fresh sage, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- ¼ teaspoon each, salt and pepper
- Heat oven to 400 F.
- In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
- Transfer mixture to a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring half way.
