Ingredients
  • ½ banana, peeled, sliced
  • ½ medium apple, diced
  • handful of frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup milk (almond, coconut, cow's milk, etc.)
  • generous sprinkle of chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
Instructions
  1. Pile the fruit in a bowl. Pour milk on top. Top with chia seeds and peanut butter.
