4-Minute 2-Ingredient Homemade Creamy (or Crunchy!) Peanut Butter

Making your own homemade peanut butter couldn't be easier!! Add peanuts then salt to food processor. Blend. Done. I mean, really. C'mon!

Serves: Approximately 2 cups
Ingredients
  • 4 cups roasted, unsalted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Add the peanuts to your food processor.
  2. Pulse about 10-15 times just to roughly chop the peanuts. (At this stage remove ½-3/4 cup of chopped peanuts if you want crunchy peanut butter in the end.)
  3. Turn the food processor on for one minute. Scrape the bowl.
  4. Turn the food processor on for another one minute (2nd minute total). Scrape the bowl.
  5. Turn the food processor on for another one minute (3rd minute total). Add your salt.
  6. Turn the food process or for one last minute (4th minute total). Smooth creamy PB = complete!! Unless, you wanted crunchy PB... in that case stir in the chopped peanuts you reserved, and crunchy PB = complete!
