Southwest Quinoa Taco Salad Bowl
My mom makes this uh-maze-ing Black Bean Salsa. It's 4 simple main ingredients {black beans + corn + red pepper + red onion} plus 3 ingredients for the dressing {balsamic + dijon + (optional) olive oil}.
